Jtron (SAP) Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Planner on a full-time, one-year contract basis. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics flows to ensure material availability, order execution, and on-time delivery.

You will work within Supply Chain Operations, coordinating shipments with internal teams and external partners, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining visibility of shipment status and risks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 4+ years in logistics planning, transport management, or 3PL coordination.
• Strong understanding of inbound/outbound logistics, Incoterms, and freight costs.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate inbound, outbound, intercompany shipments with schedules.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, 3PLs, suppliers, and contract manufacturers on timing and documents.
• Monitor shipment status and escalate deviations per escalation paths.
• Support audits and maintain logistics documentation and cycle counts where applicable.
