Morgan Mckinley Limited is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development in Media to drive strategic sales plans, lead a high-performing team, and close opportunities with pharma, healthcare brands, and agencies. You will build trusted client relationships and collaborate with content, operations, delivery, and marketing to ensure top-quality campaigns.

Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred, with 8–10 years in sales/BD and 3–5 years in leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related.
• 8–10 years in sales/business development, with 3–5 years in leadership; healthcare/pharma/medical media exp preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B sales.
• Strong existing network in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or ad agency sectors.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and commercial acumen.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
• Lead and mentor the high performing sales team, setting clear goals and coaching for excellence.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with pharma, healthcare brands, and agencies.
• Strengthen and expand existing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on multichannel solutions.
• Work with internal teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine offers and pricing.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to build brand and generate leads.
