Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder from a reputable university.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience gained from Venture Capital or Corporate Venture.
• Solid industry expertise in technology or healthcare.
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Shape Healthcare Strategy: formulate and refine health insurance and Connected Care roadmaps.
• Lead End-to-End Execution of strategic projects from scoping to final execution.
• Develop robust business cases and investment proposals for healthcare strategies and transformations.
• Define governance structures, work plans, and analyses for healthcare market potential.
• Define, track, and evaluate KPIs and OKRs to measure initiative success.
• Review health operations and claims management to improve performance and profitability.
• Identify and build partnerships with health tech firms, hospitals, clinics, and providers.
• Lead due diligence for healthcare transactions and ecosystem ventures.
• Deliver data-backed strategic updates to Executives and Board.
