Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years procurement experience in marketing category.
• Experience in MNCs with operations in ASEAN markets and multiple banners/brands.
• End-to-end procurement process including contract management and negotiation.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Pro-active, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Experience with print production, artwork workflows, and digital asset management is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute category strategies for Marketing, including campaigns, artwork adaptation, print materials, and media buying.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and agencies; manage RFQs, RFXs and eAuctions.
• Ensure IP rights, usage rights and data privacy compliance in all contracts.
• Partner with Marketing Directors and senior executives to align priorities and deliver value.
• Monitor KPIs and drive procurement performance; build long-term supplier partnerships.
