HK International Theme Parks Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Learning & Development to design, facilitate, and evolve learning programs aligning with operational needs across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes leading leadership development initiatives, leveraging AI and digital tools to broaden reach, and managing multi-project workloads in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with HR and business leaders.

Formación

• Strong experience designing and facilitating leadership, talent development, and learning programs.
• Ability to apply AI, digital tools, and new technology to enhance learning solutions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Effective consulting, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal guidance.
• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate difficult or sensitive topics clearly.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills across different audiences and formats.
• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, organizational development, performance consulting, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and facilitate leadership, talent development, and learning programs in in-person, virtual, and self-directed formats.
• Consult with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs, recommend solutions, and align learning with segment and enterprise priorities.
• Manage small to mid-sized learning projects, including planning, timelines, communications, and coordination of resources.
• Use AI, digital tools, and new technologies to improve engagement, accessibility, and scalability of learning programs.
• Evaluate programs using data and feedback, summarize insights, and recommend improvements.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, expectation setting, and alignment with operational goals.
• Manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment, balancing problem-solving with hands-on delivery.
