You will partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and architecture learning strategies that support growth across a diverse portfolio.

You will design and deliver engaging programmes, workshops, and leadership development, while measuring outcomes and driving impactful improvements for employees and the business.

Qualifications

• Seasoned professional with 8-10+ years in L&D, TM or OD in dynamic organisations.
• Passionate about people development and creating meaningful learning experiences.
• Creative thinker who turns ideas into impactful programmes and initiatives.
• Strong project management with capability to balance multiple initiatives.
