Everbright Securities International is seeking a Digital Business Manager to lead the marketing team, design online campaigns for acquisition and loyalty, and boost online usage. You will manage the development team to enhance digital products and channels to support growth and ensure stable service delivery.

You will apply AI elements in digital products, coordinate with IT and transformation teams, and promote the digital brand to expand online business.

Qualificações

Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in financial services or digital field with managerial exposure.
Good knowledge on wealth management and investment products and distribution channels.
Solid knowledge on information technology platforms, database management and digital marketing techniques.
Strong command of English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead the marketing team and design online campaigns for acquisition and client loyalty.
Manage the development team to enhance digital products and channels for growth.
Apply AI elements in digital products and channels.
Promote the digital brand and expand online business as Digital Business Manager.
Work with IT and Digital Transformation teams and external partners on campaigns.
Own end-to-end online customer experience and drive improvements.
Monitor market developments and tech disruption to position digital business.
