Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited seeks a seasoned Digital Marketing professional to boost digital banking revenue by planning and implementing marketing projects and campaigns. You will closely monitor campaign effectiveness and identify market opportunities for marketing programs.

The role requires collaboration with internal departments and external vendors, development of strategic marketing plans aligned with bank targets, and driving excellence in campaign execution

Qualifications

• University graduate with major in Management, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years of retail banking and marketing experience.
• Sound marketing experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Boost digital banking revenue by planning and implementing marketing projects and campaigns.
• Closely monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the planned marketing campaigns.
• Keep abreast of market intelligence and identify digital marketing opportunities for marketing programs.
• Assist Section Head to establish and manage the various promotion and advertising campaigns.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Department Head/Deputy Department Heads.
• Formulate and develop strategic marketing plan according to departmental goals and Bank’s targets.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of marketing programs, direct and drive excellence in the execution of marketing campaigns.
• Liaise and work with other internal departments and external vendors on implementing marketing activities.
• Analyse and review the effectiveness of marketing programs to ensure achievement of objectives.
• Perform competitor analysis and identify market trends and consumer insights for business opportunities.
• Assist in testing to ensure marketing events can launch in e-Banking or Mobile Banking APP.
