Job summary

JEB Group is seeking a proactive Online and Digital Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across LinkedIn and other key channels. You will manage the website, SEM, SEO collaboration, paid advertising, email/CRM, and analytics initiatives from our Tai Koo office.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing, fluency in English and Mandarin, strong copywriting, and the ability to lead cross‑functional campaigns in an international, multi‑language

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential; Cantonese is valued.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to tell brand stories across channels.
• Proven track record managing digital campaigns across social, search, email, and CRM.
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across social, SEO/SEM, email, and paid channels.
• Manage marketing budget and forecast ROI with regular reporting to leadership.
• Lead content planning, social media campaigns, and email newsletters to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for SEO, website, and paid campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve conversions.
• Oversee website UX, technical SEO collaboration, and CRM-driven customer journeys.
