• 7+ years of IT Programme or complex Project Management experience.
• Track record of leading multi-year digital transformation or infrastructure initiatives.
• Exceptional executive presence; you know how to manage C-level expectations and deliver bad news constructively.
• Strict fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
• High autonomy—you proactively hunt down cross-project dependencies rather than waiting for updates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of private cloud deployments and legacy application migrations.
• Sit above five core project delivery streams, acting as the glue between technical execution, external vendors, and the C-suite.
• Run internal steering committees, acting as the primary liaison for executive leadership.
• Manage program-level budgets, financial controls, and resource contingencies.
• Identify critical path blockers across infrastructure, security, and application development teams.
