Job summary

Crossings Executive Search is recruiting an IT Programme Director for a leading Financial Institution in Hong Kong. The role will lead the development and implementation of a major Technologies Transformation Programme and oversee the full project delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT project management experience, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
• Over 10 years of relevant IT project management experience.
• Experience in banking and financial services sector will be an advantage.
• Track record in managing the end to end project management cycle.
• Strong stakeholders management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of major Technologies Transformation Programme
• Oversee the end-to-end project delivery life cycle
• Mitigate and manage project risks
• Work closely with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives
