This is a high-profile, multi-year programme requiring strong governance, budgeting, and executive reporting skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

This role will take ownership of a large-scale application migration initiative involving over 100 applications, the establishment of a new private cloud platform, and the coordination of multiple workstreams, vendors and senior stakeholders.
