Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex enterprise migration or cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions.
• Demonstrable governance, budgeting and delivery management expertise.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams within large-scale transformation environments.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale cloud and application migration programme.
• Manage programme governance, budgeting, reporting and risk management activities.
• Develop and oversee application migration strategies.
• Coordinate multiple project managers, technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to executive leadership and steering committees.
