Job summary

CLSA is seeking an experienced IT Procurement professional to lead strategic initiatives and category management for the Group IT spend. You will drive vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and manage end-to-end RFX processes with IT and business stakeholders.

You will collaborate with finance and HQ IT to ensure policy alignment, oversee vendor onboarding, and provide procurement analytics to senior management, while continuously seeking cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Procurement or IT or Computer Science; CIPS qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of technology procurement and vendor management experience in relevant sectors.
• Experience running end-to-end large-scale RFPs and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of IT Procurement to drive strategic procurement initiatives and category management for Group IT spend.
• Facilitate company approval processes for IT procurement projects per procurement policy.
• Lead sourcing project review meetings with management stakeholders to drive vendor decisions and outcomes.
• Develop sourcing strategies with IT/Business stakeholders to select vendors at optimum price and performance.
• Manage end-to-end RFX processes with IT/Business stakeholders for assigned IT sourcing projects.
• Collaborate with IT project managers to ensure proper documentation and approval steps.
