Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong is seeking a senior IT procurement and vendor management professional to coordinate and optimize sourcing, contracting and supplier performance. You will work with IT, finance and business stakeholders to drive value, manage supplier risk and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

The role requires deep experience in end‑to‑end procurement, strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead complex vendor programs in a regulated financial services

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Accounting & Finance, IT or related fields.
• 10+ years in IT procurement, vendor or contract management.
• Experience in RFQ/RFP, tender processes, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of Coupa, EBS or related procurement systems.
• Excellent English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor service performance and relationship management across IT, ensuring KPI/SLA targets.
• Support IT sourcing, RFQ/RFP coordination, vendor assessment and negotiations.
• Oversee contract renewals, due diligence, and audits.
• Monitor spend, service performance, and analytics; provide management reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement practices, documentation and controls.
