Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group is seeking an IT Procurement Officer/Senior Officer in Hong Kong to handle daily IT procurement, vendor engagement, budgeting, asset management, and license maintenance. You will coordinate orders, verify approvals, and ensure timely installation with IT teams.

The role requires strong communication in English and Chinese, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Banking sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• It procurement knowledge and vendor management in financial services.
• Fresh graduates considered with willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily user IT procurement requests and advise on best products.
• Acquire quotations from vendors per user requirements.
• Provide IT Expenditure Approval Form for approvals.
• Compare products, price, services, warranty, and delivery for quotations.
• Coordinate order delivery among users, vendors, and data centre.
• Inform IT Service/Network/Security teams to install hardware/software.
• Update and maintain entered records of purchased hardware and software.
• Assist with IT invoices, payments, and asset capitalization.
• Maintain maintenance renewals and license handling with vendors.
