Job summary

Capiteq, a technology management services firm, seeks a Finance & Operations Executive (IT Procurement) to support internal operations and manage procurement lifecycle for hardware, software, and services across Singapore and Hong Kong. You will coordinate with IT teams in both jurisdictions and ensure timely payments and accurate records.

The role combines finance, HR, and office management with hands-on IT purchasing, vendor negotiations, payroll inputs, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in finance/ops or office management
• Experience at IT distributor/reseller with IT products knowledge
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and full bookkeeping cycle
• Procurement experience across hardware, software licences, SaaS
• Familiar with PO processes, vendor management, and asset tracking
• Knowledge of Singapore MOM and HK MPF legal requirements
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Finance and accounting: invoicing, reconciliation, expense tracking; purchase orders, vendor invoices, payment runs; month-end close support; budgeting and reporting.
• IT procurement: source, evaluate, and procure IT hardware, software licences, and SaaS subscriptions; manage quotes and approvals; maintain vendor relationships; track renewals and licenses.
• HR administration: onboarding/offboarding, employee records, leave tracking, payroll inputs coordination, CPF/MPF compliance.
• Office management: oversee daily operations, office supplies, contracts, vendor accounts; ensure compliance with procedures.
