Job summary

COFCO Futures (International) Co., Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to acquire new clients through diverse channels, including events and networks, and to serve as the principal relationship manager for institutional and high-net-worth clients.

You will develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, stay abreast of market trends and products, and prepare research reports and proposals for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, institutional business development, or client relationship management in futures/securities brokerage firms or investment banks.
• Energetic and outgoing with a strong enthusiasm for achieving goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through diverse channels, including networking, events, and seminars.
• Act as the principal relationship manager for institutional and high-net-worth clients across trading, operations, and compliance.
• Develop and implement business strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Stay abreast of market trends and investment products to support new product development.
• Conduct market research and prepare professional deliverables, such as research reports and investment proposals.
