Job summary

Omni Group Asia Limited is seeking a Senior Manager-HR Business Partner & Talent Development to partner with senior leaders, drive workforce transformation, and lead talent development initiatives in a dynamic financial services environment.

The role combines HR business partnership with talent and organizational development, focusing on leadership capability, succession planning, engagement, and continuous learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
• 8-15 years of HR experience with HRBP, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development exposure.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Securities, FinTech, or financial services is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Provide trusted advice on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Drive annual talent review, performance management, and calibration exercises.
• Analyze workforce data and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and develop retention strategies for critical talent.
• Collaborate with COEs on compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and HR projects.
• Design and implement talent development frameworks to build leadership capability and succession pipelines.
• Partner with department heads to identify learning needs and create development roadmaps.
• Lead key talent programs, leadership development initiatives, mentorship schemes, and career development frameworks.
• Facilitate talent review discussions and succession planning exercises.
• Work with external learning providers and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions.
• Develop and monitor talent metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and business impact.
• Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization.
