NEC Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to drive people initiatives in a high-growth setting. You will partner with leaders to implement practical HR solutions across recruitment, compensation, performance, engagement and development, while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate HR records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years at Assistant Manager level or above.
• Experience in HR business partnering, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement and HRIS.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Passion for people and proactive relationship-building.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills across levels.
• Attention to detail, organisation and accuracy.
• Commercially minded, analytical and hands-on leadership potential.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Experience in technology/digital industry or fast-growing businesses is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and deliver people solutions aligned with priorities.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, employer branding and onboarding.
• Manage compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, salary reviews and performance management processes.
• Enhance HR systems, streamline processes and translate people data into insights.
• Support organisation design, learning and development, succession planning and change initiatives.
• Champion employee engagement, culture building and internal communication; handle employee matters with discretion.
• Oversee office operations, vendors and budgets; maintain HR policies and compliance with HK law.
