Job summary

PERSOL is recruiting a Senior People Business Partner (Contract) in Hong Kong. You will partner with business leaders to design scalable HR programs, develop leadership capabilities, and use people analytics to drive robust HR solutions.

The role requires 15+ years of HR experience (8+ in BP/Talent Development), MNC and tech familiarity, strong change management, and fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; HR, business administration or related field preferred.
• 15+ years HR experience, with 8+ years in BP or Talent Development.
• Experience in MNCs and technology-driven environments.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced settings.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

• Partner with leaders to design programs that scale the organization and develop leadership.
