Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong is seeking a senior HR leader to partner with business leaders and drive strategic people solutions across the organization. The role focuses on organizational capability, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations and HR transformation in a complex, high‑profile environment.

You will lead and develop the HR team, champion policies, and advance digital HR initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience including managerial roles.
• Experience across talent acquisition, HRBP, talent management, ER, compensation/benefits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and develop strategic people solutions.
• Lead HR portfolios delivering HR business partnering, talent acquisition, ER, policy and organizational development.
• Develop workforce planning and employer branding to attract and build talent pipelines.
• Provide strategic advice on organization design, manpower planning and performance management.
• Serve as trusted advisor on people matters and practical HR solutions.
• Support HR policies, frameworks and programmes ensuring compliance and relevance.
• Champion HR digitalization and continuous improvement for efficiency and insights.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team and strengthen cross‑functional relationships.
