Job summary

Hudson in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Director for Hong Kong & Northeast Asia to lead the Hong Kong team and drive regional growth from our Hong Kong Office in China. You will shape and execute sales strategies, oversee performance, and ensure execution against targets.

Responsibilities include building a high‑performing team, managing key customers and distributors, and aligning local plans with the company’s broader APAC objectives to sustain long‑term business expansion.

Qualifications

• 10 years+ business/sales experience
• 5 years team management experience
• Experience in MNC, battery or UPS industry preferable
• Knowledge of power supply systems and UPS systems preferable
• APAC market sales experience preferred (Hong Kong based)

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the business and team management of the entire Hong Kong team. Lead the team to pursue business development and growth in Hong Kong and Northeast Asia, meet and exceed sales targets
• Full understanding of Hong Kong and Asia market, develop comprehensive sales strategy and push to achieve solid execution
• Design comprehensive sales management and evaluation system; ensure the team carries out effective customer management and expands market penetration
• Ensure solid execution of company strategy by all team members to sustain growth in business and sales
• Maintain and grow the existing business/customer base and develop high-quality partners

Education

Bachelor Degree or above
