Hudson RPO (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Director, Private Wealth Distribution Sales to lead and grow the Hong Kong wealth distribution business. This senior client-facing role concentrates on strategic relationships across the private wealth ecosystem, driving asset growth and expanding market presence via private banks, family offices, external asset managers and wealth platforms.

• 10+ years' experience in asset management distribution or related sales.
• Proven track record in HK private wealth market.
• Strong understanding of private bank distribution models and platform approvals.
• Solid knowledge across equities, fixed income, multi-asset and alternatives.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of sales growth.
• Experience working across regional and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the HK private wealth channel.
• Build relationships with private banks, investment advisers, fund selectors and senior decision-makers.
• Drive fund sales and net new assets through consultative engagement.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, investment forums and industry events.
• Collaborate with investment, product, marketing, compliance and client service teams.
• Provide market intelligence to support product development and strategy.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, CRM discipline and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to support Asia private wealth initiatives.
