Meinhardt Facade Technology (H.K.) Limited is seeking a senior professional to oversee Finance and HR duties. The role requires directing financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and statutory compliance while managing payroll, payroll taxes and WIP reporting with project managers.

You will also lead recruitment, onboarding, appraisals and compensation administration for regional staff, ensuring compliance with local laws and delivering accurate management information to stakeholders.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel / Word / Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely preparation and consolidation of financial statements, reports and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic recommendations regarding automation, accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting, planning, liquidity and cashflow.
• Control working capital and cash-flow management including reporting for board and executives.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, analysis and statutory reporting.
• Produce monthly P&L and Balance Sheet and liaise with project managers for WIP management and reporting.
• Participate in enhancing processes and setting the overall control framework for the company.
• Payroll and general accounting activities, including HR-related financial duties.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and performance management, and compensation administration.
