Job summary

Meinhardt-Facade- Technology- is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead financial reporting, planning and control for the organization in Hong Kong. You will consolidate financial statements, provide strategic recommendations on reporting automation, and oversee cash flow management, budgeting and statutory reporting.

You will also manage payroll and core HR admin, support recruitment activities, onboarding, appraisals, benefits and compliance, and help build a high-performing finance

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting and administration experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports.
• Provide strategic recommendations on automation, accuracy and efficiency of reporting.
• Oversee cash-flow management and working capital reporting to board and executives.
• Direct financial activities including budgeting, forecasting and statutory reporting.
• Manage operating and capital expenditure, internal controls and budgets.
• Lead the finance team and develop staff to take on leadership roles.
• Produce monthly P&L and Balance Sheet, liaising with project managers for WIP.
• Enhance processes and set a robust control framework for the company.
• Oversee general accounting activities, payroll, etc.
