Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager to join the Regional Headquarters in Hong Kong. This is a high-visibility role combining strategic C-suite executive support with direct line-management over a centralized EA pool.

The ideal candidate provides a proven track record of coaching, developing, and managing Executive Assistants within top-tier financial institutions or global MNCs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of administrative experience in Tier-1 Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or MNCs.
• Directly managed Executive Assistants with performance appraisals.
• Experience supporting C-suite, Board, or Regional Head-level executives.
• Roster/coverage planning, EA workload distribution, and SOP development.
• Bachelor's Degree; fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilités

• Line-manage and mentor a pool of Executive Assistants.
• Oversee EA resource allocation and travel coverage planning.
• Provide strategic admin support to senior Group Executives.
• Standardize workflows and governance; drive digital productivity tools.
• Partner with HR and Operations to align regional administrative support.
