Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for our Corporate Banking division on Hong Kong Island. You will manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, driving revenue while ensuring risk and compliance standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in corporate banking, strong financial analysis capabilities, and the ability to work with internal teams to tailor financing and treasury solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in relationship management within corporate or commercial banking.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including broking, trade finance, cash management and corporate lending.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of corporate clients with revenue growth.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory environment and compliance framework.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Promote a range of banking products including loans, deposits, trade finance and treasury solutions.
• Offer bespoke financial solutions and advisory aligned with complex client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, legal, compliance) to ensure risk and regulatory compliance.
