Job summary

AIA Australia is seeking a Business Analyst to drive agency initiatives and support PAD projects in Hong Kong, contributing to customer-focused outcomes and sustainable growth for customers and communities.

Role requires 1–3 years of business analysis experience, strong communication in English and Chinese, and collaboration across departments to improve the customer journey and overall agency performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Business/Finance/Economics.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business analysis.
Preferable experience in insurance/banking/wealth management.
Strong English and Chinese communication; Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

Drive and motivate agency to achieve business targets through marketing/ incentive initiatives.
Support PAD projects, events & initiatives.
Prepare and conduct presentations to communicate PAD information to agency force.
Monitor agency production progress and prepare regular performance reports for management.
Provide professional service to agency and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.
Handle agency inquiries and provide timely responses.
Embed a customer-first mindset and end-to-end ownership to improve the customer journey.
