Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Hong Kong seeks a Marketing and Agency Enablement professional to drive agency performance through strategic marketing and incentive initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams to plan events, PAD projects and campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong English/Chinese communication, data analysis and stakeholder management to translate insights into actions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Business/Finance/Economics.
• Experience in business analysis and communication with multiple departments.
• Strong written and spoken English; Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive and motivate agency to achieve business targets through marketing and incentive initiatives.
• Support PAD projects, events and initiatives and collaborate with BTDD & ABDD.
• Prepare and present information to agency force; monitor progress and produce performance reports.
