Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Hong Kong is seeking a capable analyst to drive agency motivation and support PAD projects, events, and initiatives, delivering reliable customer outcomes with a customer-first mindset. You will collaborate across BTDD and ABDD zones, prepare presentations, monitor agency performance, and produce regular reports while ensuring professional service to agency partners.

The role requires 1–3 years in business analysis, a bachelor’s degree or above, and strong English/Chinese

Qualifications

• Degree or above, preferably in Business / Finance / Economics.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience in insurance/banking or wealth management is a plus.
• Self-motivated, independent, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and good teamwork.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel and Chinese word processing; licensed activities if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Session Head to formulate business plans to engage & uplift agency force.
• Implement and promote PAD strategy, initiatives & events with various departments and agency force.
• Support agency/company events from planning to execution.
• Prepare and conduct presentations to communicate PAD information to agency force.
• Monitor agency production progress and follow up with intermediaries.
• Produce regular reports on agency contest and performance for agency and management review.
• Agency support: provide professional service and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Handle agency enquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

About the Role

Drive and motivate agency to achieve business target through implementation/ execution of marketing/ incentive initiatives and provide support to intermediate and agency force. Also, to support PAD projects, events & initiatives. This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Business Planning Assist Session Head to formula business plan to engage & uplift agency force’s competencies and to drive their activity and productivity

Other Responsibilities Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/ or other requirements

Minimum Job Requirements

• Degree or above, preferably in Business / Finance / Economics
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in business analysis
• Preferable to have experience in insurance/ banking/ other wealth management industry
• Self-motivated, independent, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Conversant in MS Word applications including Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities
