Job summary

AIA in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Marketing, Distribution & Partnership team, delivering customer-centric outcomes and driving brand messaging across channels. The role requires end-to-end ownership, collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to manage relationships with brokers and partners while maintaining high-quality analytics and reporting.

You'll help plan business priorities, support meetings, and contribute to a healthy, sustainable customer journey

Qualifications

University graduate with 8+ years of relevant experience in life insurance or related fields.
Strong data analytics and numerical literacy.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel with solid reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Support business planning through projecting sales inflow and tracking metrics.
Coordinate partnerships/meetings and prepare materials with follow-up actions.
Estimate and control departmental budget; assist in annual strategic budgeting.
Build and maintain relationships with broker partners and counterparts.
Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and digital teams on initiatives.
Review workflows to improve service levels and efficiency.
Consolidate key notes and manage the related library.
Assist direct manager on ad-hoc assignments or projects.
