Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is hiring for a Business Development, Brokerage & IFA Distribution, Consultant to drive brokerage channel growth in line with sales strategies. You will cultivate partnerships with brokers, provide guidance on insurance and investment products, and support channel initiatives.

The role requires university graduate with 4+ years experience, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and proficiency in MS Office. IA/MPFA licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• University / College graduate.
• 4+ years relevant experience in brokerage or financial services.
• Good knowledge of insurance and investment products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese beneficial).
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business ideas and lead development of Brokerage channel sales platform.
• Sales management and review business performance of mapped accounts against KPIs.
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with partners and their key personnel.
• Identify needs of partners to unlock business potential and increase market share.
• Identify/evaluate new business opportunities with potential partners.
• Provide support to key partners to capture opportunities.
• Share new ideas, best practices and market intelligence with team.
