Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, partnership management, or business development.
• Solid understanding of life insurance products, partnership distribution channels, and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience in partnership management, business planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese input.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Growth: Support the development and execution of brokerage and potential partnership with distribution strategies to drive sustainable business growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Partnership Management: Ensure effective execution of business plans, new sales initiatives, and partnership projects/sponsorships.
• Customer Engagement: Leverage customer propositions to identify business opportunities that enhance value and strengthen brokerage engagement.
• Business Planning: Collaborate with internal and external partners to formulate plans, growth strategies, and tactical initiatives.
• Campaign & Offer Management: Support governance, implementation, and monitoring of distribution campaigns and customer offers.
• Partnership Delivery: Coordinate integration of insurance products and services within partner ecosystems with cross‑functional teams.
• Performance Management: Monitor partnership performance and provide insights to drive growth.
