Zusammenfassung

YF Life in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager, Bancassurance & HNW to drive strategic growth, business planning and performance management of Bancassurance and High-Net-Worth segments. You will formulate business strategies, monitor performance, deepen bank partner relationships and develop competitive wealth and protection propositions.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Underwriting and Distribution to align requirements, optimize channels, and ensure regulatory

Qualifikationen

10+ years of relevant working experience in bancassurance strategy or business planning within medium to large-size insurance companies or banks.
Practical knowledge of life insurance products and compliance requirements.
Strong execution-driven project management capabilities and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

Translate strategic objectives into execution-oriented initiatives (business planning, budgeting, forecasting, sales growth).
Draft comprehensive business plans and define segment scope, forecasting, and targets for regional partnership growth.
Drive workstreams for partnership optimization and HNW value propositions; coordinate cross-functional teams to align requirements and optimize channels.
Conduct regular performance syncs with senior leadership to address business risks and execution roadblocks.
