YF Life Insurance International Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager, Bancassurance & HNW to lead strategic growth, business planning, and performance for Bancassurance and High-Net-Worth segments in Hong Kong and Macau.

You will shape expert propositions, deepen bank partner relationships, and drive regional market leadership. The role requires 10+ years in bancassurance strategy or business planning with life insurance and strong execution-driven project management, alongside fluency in English

Formación

10+ years of relevant experience in bancassurance strategy or business planning within large insurers or banks.
Practical knowledge of life insurance products and compliance requirements.
Strong execution-driven project management capabilities and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

Translate strategic objectives into execution-oriented initiatives across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and sales enablement.
Draft and define segment scope, targets, and value for regional partnership growth.
Drive partnership optimization and develop HNW value propositions across distribution channels.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Underwriting, Distribution) to align requirements and optimize channels.
Monitor performance against commercial targets and operational constraints; report risks and blockers to senior leadership.
Ensure product suites meet market requirements and comply with Hong Kong insurance regulations.
