Job summary

COS invites a visually driven Visual Merchandiser to curate an inspiring in-store journey that aligns with our luxury collection and sustainable craftsmanship. You will elevate the display, coordinate outfits, and ensure the store environment supports strong sales performance.

Working with the team, you’ll install window displays, create stylish outfits, and merchandise stock according to brand directives, while delivering exceptional customer service and brand ambassador duties.

Qualifications

• Understanding of latest fashion trends and silhouettes.
• Experience with visual-merchandising guidelines and window displays.
• Ability to take informed VM actions based on sales data and KPIs.
• Able to communicate in (insert language).

Responsibilities

• Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
• Analysing selling information and taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store
• Installing window displays
• Creating inspiring outfits and styling mannequins
• Merchandising stock on the shop floor as per company directives
• Supporting the sales staff with store operations
• Setting the visual merchandising standard for the store and training the team
• Being a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers
