You will oversee VM implementation across flagship and multi-channel environments, adapt directives to local tastes, analyze sales and KPI data, and collaborate with buying, marketing, and regional teams to synchronize launches,

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive VM experience, with 2-3 years in senior roles.
• Regional or multi-market exposure; international travel willingness.
• Strong leadership and training of store staff.
• Creative vision with evidence of driving sales through visuals.
• Knowledge of retail psychology, customer journey mapping, space planning, lighting, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of regional VM strategies.
