As a District Manager, you will lead a cluster of stores to deliver strong business performance, operational excellence, and people development. By connecting strategy with execution, you will create a seamless O+O (Offline + Online) customer experience, strengthen team capability, and ensure customers enjoy consistent service standards across every store.
Drive district sales, productivity, and profitability through effective execution of commercial plans.
Monitor sales, margin, shrinkage, and operational performance using a scientific and data-driven approach.
Partner with Store Managers to identify opportunities and deliver continuous business improvement.
Ensure consistent execution of company initiatives, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
Conduct regular store visits and audits to improve operational compliance and customer experience.
Act as the key escalation point for store operations and people-related matters.
Support manpower planning to balance productivity, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
Coach and develop Store Managers and key supervisors to build a high-performing team.
Foster collaboration across stores and stakeholders to achieve shared business goals.
Champion a customer-focused mindset and support the growth of our O+O business model.
Solid retail operations expertise with exposure to managing multiple stores.
