Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an assistant to support the Store Manager in daily store operations and staffing planning. You will manage shifts, address customer issues, and lead demo teams to enhance customer value during demonstrations.

The role focuses on ensuring policy compliance, delivering consistent product information, and achieving sales targets across a small to medium store environment.

Qualifications

• Short-Cycle Tertiary Education.
• Experience in handling various situations and advising others.
• Managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store management guidelines.
• Manage staffing issues, plan shifts/rotas, and address customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team of demo specialists to maximize customer value during demonstrations.
• Oversee front end, back end and sales floor operations to achieve sales performance goals.
• Record and process customer orders and respond to common customer issues.
