Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking to support a Store Manager in daily store operations in Hong Kong. You will help with staffing, shifts, and addressing customer concerns while guiding a team of demo specialists to showcase key products and improve customer satisfaction.

You will oversee front-end, back-end and sales floor activities to hit sales targets and drive consistent product messaging. Training, planning, and performance reviews are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience handling various situations and advising others.
• Managerial experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Manage staffing issues, plan shifts/rotas, and address customer complaints.
• Demonstrate product features and lead a team of demo specialists during demonstrations.
• Oversee front end, back end and sales floor to achieve sales goals.
• Set objectives for sales calls and use standard presentation materials.
• Implement customer contact plans to announce product launches.
• Be first point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues.
• Participate in training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor performance and contribute to formal appraisals.
