Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising, financial management, and overall store management to meet sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a small to medium store, including front end, back end and sales floor.
• Provide training or coaching to staff to enhance performance.
• Aggregate and analyze customer issues to develop effective response strategies.
• Develop and implement customer contact plans for product launches and campaigns.
• Set clear objectives for sales calls/meetings and evaluate customer interest.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environment policies and escalate risks.
• Record and process orders and coordinate with relevant teams for delivery.
