Assist Area Manager to ensure stores operate per policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Develop, review, update, and implement SOPs with operations team.
Conduct regular store audits and operational assessments.
Monitor compliance in customer service, inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.
Support store openings, renovations, and peak trading periods.
Provide operational support across stores and collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, VM, and other departments.
