Job summary

Watsons Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Sales Operations Support Manager to help store teams deliver a seamless O+O experience. You will coordinate daily store operations, resolve POS and IT issues, and support new openings and maintenance while applying data-driven analysis to drive improvements.

You bring a customer-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and solid Microsoft Office skills to prepare reports and support cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily store operations to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.
• Oversee and follow up on store-related issues, including POS system and IT-related matters, to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate operational requirements for new store openings, closures, renovations, maintenance and related administrative activities.
• Prepare and analyse sales and operational reports using a scientific and data-driven approach to support business decisions.
• Manage essential store supplies, including stationery and uniforms, to support uninterrupted store operations.
• Collaborate closely with stores and cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and resolve frontline needs.
• Support the continuous improvement of store operations and the O+O business model.
