Job summary

Watsons Hong Kong is seeking a Store Development Project Coordinator to support openings, closures, re-fits and renovations from planning through completion. You will work with Store Design, Store Procurement and other teams to deliver welcoming retail spaces that align with our O+O strategy.

You’ll maintain project plans, monitor progress, budgets and risks; apply a data-driven approach; ensure compliance with policies; and communicate progress across internal partners.

Qualifications

• Strong store development experience or exposure to project coordination in a retail setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams and partners.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store openings, closures, re-fits and renovations with Store Design and Store Procurement teams.
• Support the full project cycle from studies through implementation and close-out.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and issues for timely delivery.
• Apply a data-driven approach to tracking, findings and recommendations to identify risks and improvements.
• Communicate project progress clearly and foster collaboration across internal teams and partners.
• Ensure compliance with relevant requirements and project standards.
• Support the O+O business model by delivering customer-focused store environments.
