Job summary

You will oversee 5-year sales plans, back-office efficiency, and CAPEX planning for new projects, while coordinating with legal/commercial teams to drive results in a complex luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• University degree required; luxury industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and financial literacy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and ad-hoc analyses as required.
• Own the commercial product strategy from forecasting to POS.
• Synthesize market feedback and liaise with HQ.
• Drive optimized merchandising and stock allocation across the network.
• Oversee sales planning, 5-year forecasts, and back-office operations.
• Improve logistics flows and lead times across the supply chain.
