Job summary

You will mentor store teams, drive training, and collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and CRM to elevate customer experience and sales performance.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a luxury fashion context, with travel to boutiques as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in business management.
• At least 7 years of retail management experience in fashion/luxury with multi-unit oversight.
• Strong KPI understanding and data-driven decision making.
• Empathetic, positive and results-oriented leadership with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Mandarin/Cantonese and English preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure smooth daily retail activities.
• Provide training and coaching to Store Managers and staff; role modeling leadership.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to optimize assortment and stock replenishment.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand direction to maximise sales.
• Support finance activities including business analysis and presentations for meetings.
• Coordinate with Marketing/Communications to drive brand awareness and client recruitment.
