Job summary

foodpanda is seeking an energetic Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our Hong Kong store network. You will manage inbound, stock handling, storing, and on-time order dispatch while driving KPIs and cost efficiency through strong teamwork.

Ideal candidates have a Higher Diploma or related qualification, at least 3 years in relevant roles with supervisory experience in FMCG or retail, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant working and supervising experience in FMCG/retail preferred.
• Assistant Store Manager candidacy open for less-experienced applicants.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including inbound management, stock handling, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis.
• Drive store KPIs, shrinkage and cost control and manpower planning through effective business strategies and team collaboration.
• Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately.
• Proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives and process improvements.
• Coordinate periodic maintenance of the facilities.

Qualifications

Job Requirements 資歷:

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
