Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Application Engineer / Steam Specialist to build strong customer relationships, understand requirements, and provide technical solutions from pre- to post-sales stages.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams, deliver product demonstrations, and contribute to training efforts, while staying current with industry trends and supplier collaborations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience as a Steam Specialist with strong knowledge of steam systems and related applications.
• Hands-on experience with steam traps and steam-related products such as boilers, fluid control systems, valves and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships by providing engineering solutions, technical advice, and pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products or solutions, and manage expectations.
• Identify technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose cost-effective solutions to customers.
• Engage in technical discussions with customers’ engineering or maintenance teams to address process, product, or engineering concerns.
• Collaborate with Technical Service Unit to implement engineering solutions and maintain service standards.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations, and technical training for customers and internal teams.
• Assist in preparing technical or marketing materials when required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors for product improvements or new products.
• Liaise with principals and suppliers on quotations, technical requirements, specifications, and suitable solutions.
