Job summary

MMC Success Pte. Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a pre-sales professional to support the sales team with technical clarifications, ROI justification and energy calculations. The role includes delivering technical presentations, demos, and trainings for customers, distributors and internal staff.

You will participate in customer visits, capture requirements, and translate them into clear specifications, feeding back to product management for roadmap improvements.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of work experience in technically based sales.
• Good level of customer communication, able to explain complex topics clearly in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in pre-sales activities: technical clarification, feasibility checks, cycle-time and energy calculations, ROI justification.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and product trainings for customers, distributors and internal staff.
• Participate in customer visits, line audits, and design reviews; capture requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Provide structured feedback from customers and applications to product management and R&D for roadmap and product improvements.
• Contribute to application notes, best-practice guidelines, and reference designs.

Requirements:

• At least a ITE / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar (or equivalent practical experience).

• Min a 2-3 years work experience in technical based sales

• Good level of customer communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics in a clear, business‑oriented way.
